- Pump overload protection is equipped in the press to test the hydraulic cylinder pressure inside the sliders.
If an overload occurs, the cylinder hydraulic pressure will be released immediately within 3/1000 seconds.
When an overload occurs, the press will stop working immediately after receiving the signal from the limit switch to protect the machine.
After the overload occurs, the air will drive the hydraulic pump to provide normal working pressure immediately, and the press can work normally.
It has an internal pressure control valve of overload protection, which can adjust the hydraulic pressure automatically and eliminate the effects of increased pressure (due to increase in oil temperature) during pressing.
It is possible to select different types of components and control base units on different types and specifications of presses.
